Ingredient: beef esophagus
 
These strips come from free range, grass fed cows from Argentine and Brazil and are made of beef esophagus which have been split down the center and flattened into a strip. Each piece is approximately 6 inches long, though there will be variations in length and shape.  This chew is especially palatable (making it a good recommendation for picky dogs), and a rich source of easily digestible protein. The texture is similar to a firm jerky, and pieces can be folded and broken off of each strip.
 
There are 6 ounces of beef gullet strips in each bag, and each piece is approximately 6" in length.
