Freeze dried lamb heart treats are from Wisconsin lambs on USDA approved farms. Each package is 2 oz which is approximately 8oz of raw lamb heart prior to the freeze drying process.  Freeze drying locks in the natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals in lamb heart including folate, iron, zinc, and selenium. It is also a great source of vitamins B2, B6, and B12.
