Ingredient: Salmon Skin

Each bag contains 3 oz of salmon skin chips of various lengths and sizes from wild-caught sockeye salmon sourced from the Pacific Northwest. The skins are used to make these natural dog treats, and the rest of the salmon is edible and goes towards human consumption (filets, sushi, lox, etc). These skins have a texture that is somewhat firm and breaks apart into smaller pieces easily so it is a light chew/treat. These salmon skins are so fresh, there may be a small amount of oil pooling at the bottom of the bag, which is safe for pet consumption.

Salmon skins are nutritious and are a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein (including lots of collagen), vitamins (such as vitamin D and B vitamins), and minerals (such as phosphorus). Salmon is a beneficial part of your dog or cat's regular diet, as the nutrients found in salmon play a role in skin and coat health, support the immune system, and decrease inflammation. Even more importantly, omega-3 fatty acids are incorporated in the cell membranes of all body tissues, including the brain.

Wild Salmon Skin Chips are all natural with no preservatives, additives, steroids, hormones, antibiotics or denaturing agents. 100% grain free and gluten free. Salmon is a healthy treat for both dogs and cats.
