Freeze dried oxtail comes from Wisconsin cows on USDA approved farms. Each package is 5 oz which is approximately 5-9 pieces of oxtail.  Each piece is approximately 1"-4" in length and 1/4"-1/2" thick.  All-natural products like oxtail vary in shape, weight, color, and thickness.
